INVITATIONALS (Curated Programmes)
GUEST COUNTRY: AUSTRIA
A selection of around 22 Austrian galleries.
EXPERTS FORUM: Cycle of specific Conferences and Panel Debates where Artists, Curators, Art Critics, Collectors and Museum Directors and Curators discuss the current situation of art in Austria.
SOLO SHOWS 17×17: A metaphor of Spanish cultural diversity. Seventeen artists/galleries selected by María de Corral. theblackbox@arco: Works of artists using video and new technological supports. Curatorial team: Michael Connor, Christiane Paul,Yukiko Shikata and Mark Tribe. THE PROJECT ROOMS: A curated programme of Individual Projects selected by Carolyn Christov-Bakargiev, Agustín Pérez Rubio and Octavio Zaya.
NEW TERRITORIES
Galleries showing experimental and emerging art from young artists (under 40). The selection will be made by a group of international curators.
ON YOUTH CULTURE. Curated by Peter Doroshenko and Pedro Alonzo. CITYSCAPES: São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Beijing.
Curated by Isolde Brielmaier, Nelson Brissac, Kenichi Kondo, Christopher Miles and Simon Njami.

4th International Contemporary Art Experts Forum. Forum ARCO´06
A programme devised by 200 leading Artists, Critics, Collectors, Gallerists, Museum and Art Centre Directors and Curators from around 25 countries around the world, discussing issues affecting art at this moment in time:

Grants
The Amigos de ARCO Association continues to provide grants to Art School and University students to enable them to take part in the ARCO Forum.

The ARCO Collectors Programme
A cultural and social programme created to entertain the major contemporary art collectors invited by the Fair following suggestions put forward by participating galleries.
PRESS
Around 3.000 journalists are annually registered at our Press Office in order to gather their testimony on this unavoidable Contemporary Art event.
