A new art publisher

Created at the beginning of 2004, JRP|Ringier is a new art publishing house based in Zurich, run by Lionel Bovier. The company acts both as an independent producer and a publishing partner for museums and art centers (Kunsthaus Zurich, Kunsthalle Zurich, Migros Museum fur Gegenwartskunst, Musee cantonal des Beaux-Arts de Lausanne, Musee d’art et d’histoire de Geneve, as well as Le Magasin in Grenoble, and the Whitechapel in London).

Producing about 30 contemporary art books a year in English, German, and French, JRP|Ringier has quickly become the primary Swiss specialist in this domain. Titles are distributed internationally by selected bookstores and distribution partners in Europe and the US. The program is structured around artists’ projects, monographs, and series of theoretical and art-historical texts. It is available for consultation and download on our website www.jrp-ringier.com
