FITZ & CO LAUNCHES ARTIVENTS

FITZ & CO

Dear Colleague, We hope you are well.

Do you find yourself making numerous phone calls and searching through countless art resources for the dates of the next Venice Biennale; the 2001 Basel art fair; important museum galas for Spring; or the London auctions?

We are pleased to introduce Artivents, the definitive calendar of upcoming art world events. Integrating arts professionals’ “insider” knowledge with the capabilities of the internet, Artivents is designed to enable users to search and clear art event dates creating the art world’s first centralized event information hub.

We invite you to visit Artivents at www.artivents.com and utilize the site free of charge through January 15, 2001.

Follow the simple steps below to log on:
1. click on “member log-in”
2. type in your e-mail address
3. temporary password (already filled in): alist
4. temporary account (already filled in): launch
5. click on “submit” button
6. type in your information, and click on “submit” button

The Artivents team has designed a system that addresses the unforeseen conflict in art event scheduling that is generated by unnecessary competition for a finite art world audience. And because Artivents is a division of FITZ & CO, the international art public relations, marketing and special events firm, it draws on the services of experts who are fully equipped to deal with the challenges to effective events scheduling.

We hope that you will browse the site at www.artivents.com .

Please contact Kim Kaufman directly at kim@artivents.com or 1.212.620.0571, extension 235 for further information and any questions you may have.

Best regards,
Sara Fitzmaurice, President
Kim Kaufman, Director
