Temporary Import DAAD, Bethanien et al. ART FORUM BERLINs special exhibition and will be curated by Susanne Titz, Director of Museum Abteiberg in Moenchengladbach. This year the show focuses on foreign artists, who have come to Berlin as artists-in-residence in the past ten years. About 40 protagonists working in all media will give a poignant overview of the powerful qualities artists from abroad imported to Berlin. In a 2,000 square meters generous daylight hall, adjacent to the galleries halls, last years prize winner Simon Dybbroe Møller conceived a space concept, exclusively for ART FORUM BERLINs special exhibition. After the success of last years Made in Berlin curated by Zdenek Felix, the new show “Temporary Import DAAD, Bethanien et al.” again reflects on the incredible richness of Berlins art scene and will feature mostly newly created works, perfect for new acquisitions.
