Dias extensive bookshop, a major resource for New York Citys art community, is now available online. With 3,000 titles focusing on postwar and contemporary art and cultural history, www.diabooks.org offers its large selection of art publications to the world wide web, including:

– titles from Dias publication program

– artist monographs and exhibition catalogues, including European publications

– texts on architecture, industrial design, and photography

– artist books

– CD-ROMs and sound works

– volumes of poetry

– artists videos

The site also includes updates on events and signings at Dias bookshop at 548 West 22nd Street.

Founded in 1974, Dia Art Foundation plays a vital and singular role among visual arts institutions nationally and internationally by initiating, supporting, presenting, and preserving art projects, and by serving as a primary locus for interdisciplinary art and criticism.
