e-flux maintains the right to make a selection of the submitted materials, according to its discretion and according to the concept of the project. e-flux reserves the right to use any selected works for the promotion of the project, in any media.

Every contributor agrees to give e-flux all rights over their submission, including but not limited to, the submission’s display in an exhibition presentation, publication or website or in any other form of communication chosen by e-flux, including exhibition documentation.

Each contributor is responsible for the copyright of their submitted material and must also acknowledge that their materials do not infringe the rights of any third party. Any submitted materials are the responsibility of each contributor and not e-flux. Submitted material, whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such material originated.
