The directors major duties include : - setting up and monitoring the centres artistic policy - organizing programmes and/or artistic activities and events - internal and external communication with the board of administrators, the subsidizing government(s), the arts scene and the general public, both on a national and on an international level. Job profile : - an innovative vision - a development oriented personality, readiness and willingness to develop growth strategies - in-depth knowledge of the latest artistic trends - awareness of the centres social mission - proficiency in internal and external communication - networking skills and ability to establish good relations with both national and international players Candidates are requested to submit a cover letter and a detailed CV before 13 August 2006 to info@extracity.org.
