ART LA 2008 to be held January 25 - 27, 2008 THE NEW LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY ART FAIR SANTA MONICA CIVIC AUDITORIUM After a standout success in 2007, ART LA, the only major contemporary art fair to be held in Los Angeles in well over a decade, returns to at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, January 25-27. The fair will again focus on Los Angeles' growing number of important galleries ranging from established blue-chip galleries to young experimental art spaces, all operating at the forefront of contemporary art. The 2008 fair will also host a select number of top international commercial and alternative galleries. Galleries from all over the world are invited to apply. The fair will draw world-wide attention to the multi-faceted world of contemporary art, showcasing current international trends while spotlighting the dynamic art world that is thriving in Los Angeles. ART LA is an intimate, regional fair with international appeal.
