Incheon Art Platform (IAP), is a pluri-disciplinary art center that supports the creative work of artists and critics through its residency program. IAP is presenting the exhibition entitled 2015 Platform Artists from February 18 to April 17 in its building B.
Through this show 2015 Platform Artists, the IAP’s 6th series of resident artists (47 artists of 38 teams from 9 different countries: Korea, Germany, Israel, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, France, Finland, Hungary) present to the public their creative works produced during the 2015 IAP residency program. The works tell a story about the city of Incheon and its communities; describe social phenomena; express serious thought about the survival—of an artist—and, in that way, allow us to pay attention to solidarity with other people.
The exhibition—showing how the artists have experimented with new styles of art and tried to communicate with the public by the intermediary of the arts in IAP—continues until April 17.
