abc is pleased to announce that its eighth edition will be taking place from September 17 to 20 at Station Berlin, Gleisdreieck. Around 100 national and international galleries will present individual positions and curated projects, both indoors and outdoors.

Last year’s highly successful edition of abc featured more than 100 galleries from all over the world, as well as an extensive program of talks, performances and musical contributions. Around 28,000 collectors, curators, artists and art lovers came to abc in 2014, enjoying its open structure, its program of events and visits to Berlin’s galleries and institutions.

In collaboration with the architectural practice June14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff, abc has devised a new architectural concept for 2015. The halls will be subdivided into exhibition spaces of 100 square meters, each defined by its corner spaces, producing a variety of spatial sequences ranging from the more broad and open to the more closed and intimate. Galleries will be able to choose from various lengths of wall space and types of presentation, from single positions in smaller corner spaces right up to entire spaces for the presentation of curated projects.

Further details can be found on the application form here.

The deadline for applications is April 30.

If you have any questions, please get in touch with the abc team at info [at] artberlincontemporary.com.
