The Carnegie Mellon University School of Architecture (CMU SoA) is now accepting applications for our graduate programs for the fall 2023 semester.

The CMU SoA educates students to meet the three significant challenges facing architecture and the built environment in the twenty-first century: climate change, artificial intelligence and social justice. Our established reputation in computational, sustainable and participatory design, coupled with our emphasis on creativity and innovation in architectural design provides students a broad intellectual context to further their education. This world-class education is enhanced by our position within one of the world’s leading research and entrepreneurship institutions and by the broader Carnegie Mellon culture of interdisciplinary innovation and creative inquiry.
