Gerrit Rietveld Academie

The Gerrit Rietveld Academie aims to support talented young people in such a way that they can operate independently in the field of visual arts or design. We want to enable them to sustain their work on their own and become sources of artistic inspiration in their area of specialisation. The Academie is a university of applied sciences for Fine Arts and Design. Buro Rietveld is the Gerrit Rietveld Academie’s project office. Working with Rietveld students, the office carries out projects commissioned from within the academy and by external clients, to which the needs of the students are always central. Buro Rietveld supports the students in their search for the points where ambition meets reality, in terms of the content and production of their work.
