QAGOMA is seeking an outstanding candidate to oversee all aspects of its curatorial and exhibition-making activities and be directly responsible for the development and management of its 17,000-object collection. The successful applicant will play a critical role in guiding the Gallery’s flagship exhibition series, The Asia Pacific Triennial of Contemporary Art, and drive a dynamic program of blockbuster and major exhibitions. The position oversees the Gallery’s curatorial sections: Australian Art, Asian and Pacific Art, International Art, and the Australian Cinémathèque; as well as Conservation and Registration and Exhibition Management.
