Chair Mark Tribe will lead a conversation with Leah Dixon, co-owner of Beverly‘s, a downtown NYC bar and art space; Brian Whitely, former director of the SELECT Fair; and Mike Egan, co-founder of Ramiken Crucible gallery.
Founded in 1983, MFA Fine Arts is a nondisciplinary studio program that reflects the diversity of New York’s many art worlds. Our faculty includes Marilyn Minter, Laurel Nakadate, Paul Pfeiffer, Mickalene Thomas, Mark Tribe (chair) and Fred Wilson. Alumni include Katherine Bernhardt, Luca Buvoli, Steve DeFrank, Inka Essenhigh, Kate Gilmore, Joe Fig, Johan Grimonprez, Christine Sun Kim, Michelle Lopez, Suzanne McClelland, Steve Mumford, Sarah Sze and Phoebe Washburn.
