They will also benefit from a series of talks and lectures from leading researchers and practitioners working at the cutting-edge of the field and will tailor your degree to suit their own aims and interests by selecting from one of four available degree pathways which include: Material Culture, Urban Landscapes, Digital Landscapes or Landscape and Representation.

The MSc Cultural Landscapes is a truly interdisciplinary degree. The programme combines approaches from contemporary art theory, cultural geography, architectural history, conservation and landscape architecture ensuring that our graduates are well placed for careers in public art practice, heritage management, planning departments, conservation policy or for doctoral level research.
