The MFA in Graphic Design at Vermont College of Fine Arts is designed to provide maximum flexibility for the working artist. Photography, motion graphics, printmaking, and book arts are all examples of the creative endeavors that find their place in our program.
The degree is one of the nation’s first low-residency programs in graphic design that is built around a student’s individual interests and goals.
The MFA in Graphic Design at VCFA is unique not only because students come from diverse creative fields and professions, but also because our faculty areas of expertise cross over into the many related areas of design inquiry.
