The Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam is a university of applied sciences for Fine Arts and Design. We offer two bachelor degree programmes and four master degree programmes (the Sandberg Instituut). Within the Bachelor, students recieve a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or a Bachelor of Design degree. Within these two programmes, there are various specialisations.
Once a year, the Gerrit Rietveld Academie organizes the graduation show. During the show a new generation of artists and designers present their talents to the audience in the buildings of the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. All spaces are being used as temporary exhibition spaces.
