Mark Jeffery (Assistant Professor and Graduate Coordinator in Performance at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago), in conjunction with 15 independent Chicago venues, is pleased to present IN>TIME—a biennial performance series of new, emerging, and established work by local, national, and international artists presented in Chicago. 

Extended from previous iterations as a one-night event at the Chicago Cultural Center, IN>TIME presents a diversified scope of experimental, conceptual performance art through a broadened network of venues across the city’s creative topography, positioning Chicago as both an incubator and destination for cutting-edge performance mediums. 

IN>TIME features practitioners working with the medium of time and the body, crossing multiple intersections where the performing body meets text, object, sound, visual art, technology, and itself.

This year’s festival presents 26 diverse events, taking place through March 2, 2013. Venues include:
