Working within the Department of Art, you will take a leadership role in Goldsmiths’ sector leading MFA Fine Art, and work flexibly within the context of an ethos of student-centred learning. You will make a significant contribution to the management, delivery and teaching of postgraduate fine art.
You will have a PhD or equivalent professional experience in an appropriate field and a proven record of achievement in research at an exceptional level as a professional artist with an output record at an international level. You will also have knowledge of art education policy and trends as they impact on learning and teaching.

Senior Lecturer/Reader in Curating (0.5fte to 1.0fte)

Working within the Department of Art, you will take a leadership role in Goldsmiths’ sector leading MFA Curating, and work flexibly within the context of an ethos of student-centred learning. You will make a significant contribution to the management, delivery and teaching of the MFA Curating Programme.
You will have a PhD or equivalent professional experience in an appropriate field and a proven record of achievement in research at an exceptional level as a professional curator with an output record at an international level. You will have an active curatorial career, and be able to contribute to the development and programming of a new gallery for contemporary art planned at Goldsmiths for 2013. You will also have knowledge of art education policy and trends as they impact on learning and teaching.
