Application Qualifications
-There are no restrictions based on nationality, age, occupation, gender, or genre.
-Not only individual, but also group (unit) participation is accepted.
-Applicants with an excellent track record as a professional artist are welcomed to apply.
-Applicants are expected to be willing to interact with KUAD students.
-Applicants must have the ability to speak either Japanese or English.
-Applicants should be in good health.
-Applicants are required to have sufficient budget for the following
-All purchases necessary for producing art works, air fare (including local transportation), food and all other
living expenses.(The availability of scholarships is to be established through consultation with committee
members at the second screening.)
-The costs for insurance (insurance against loss or damage, health insurance and general liability insurance, etc.)
-All costs concerning specific equipment and materials that are not available in the university, but necessary for production.
-All costs for a companion.
Conditions and Requirements
-To work on production mainly in the university
-To produce at least one work during the program
-To give a presentation of work(s) produced in the past at the program start
-To hold an exhibition of work(s) produced during the program at the program end
