The Ruskin School of Art graduate exhibition for 2017 is Thought Beside Itself, a showcase of new work by the Ruskin’s 14 Master of Fine Art students. Thought Beside Itself represents the culmination of an intense year in the Ruskin’s studios, enacted through independent research and discursive practice. As Oxford’s new MFA program carves out its space within this most established institution, its 2017 cohort takes over the first floor of the school’s new Bullingdon Road campus.

Opening: Friday, June 16, 6–10pm
Continues: Saturday June 17, Sunday June 18, and Wednesday June 21, 12–6pm daily.
And by prior appointment on Monday June 19 and Tuesday June 20, 12–6pm daily.

Limited edition portfolio: Thought Beside Itself
To support its end-of year exhibition, the Ruskin’s 2017 cohort has created a limited edition print portfolio. The fourteen prints bring together traditional methods and cutting-edge digital technologies to produce a portfolio of unique hand-printed and digital works housed in an archival-standard birch plywood box. Each edition is signed and numbered by the artists.

Avialable at: www.rsa.ox.ac.uk/thought-beside-itself
100% of the proceeds go towards the realization of the exhibition.
