Arte Fiera is the world’s most established international exhibition of Italian modern and contemporary art, from January 27–30, 2017 in Bologna.
Having recently celebrated its 40th anniversary, Arte Fiera has just appointed a new artistic director, Angela Vettese, associate professor of Theory and Criticism of Contemporary Art, course director of the Master’s degree in Visual Art and Fashion at the Project Department of the IUAV University in Venice.
Arte Fiera has hosted artistic currents and movements that have generated notable success as with the case of Italian sales in recent years with Futurism and Metaphysics, Kinetic Art and Conceptual Art, Arte Povera and the New photography.
