Istanbul’s first art week, Art Istanbul, begins this autumn. Running from the 19 to 25 November, the event is the initiative dedicated to offering a city-wide platform to contemporary art from Turkey.

More than 50 organisations—including museums, foundations, galleries and cultural organisations will come together to present a cultural programme that will reveal Istanbul’s burgeoning art scene and the cultural transformation it has undergone in the last decade.
