Artforum’s spines are iconic. Every September, they are set to a new color or configuration. For the 2018/2019 cycle, Artforum departed from its traditional monochromatic pattern and adopted a variation of Daniel Quasar’s 2018 Progress Pride Flag. To coincide with the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, this season’s ten issues form an inclusive Pride Flag, a testament to the passions and contests that motivate our perpetual commitment to love and visibility.

Highlights include major artists' projects by Paul Mpagi Sepuya, Martine Gutierrez, and Kyle Vu-Dunn; features on the work of fierce pussy, Reza Abdoh, Nicole Eisenman, James Bidgood, Cauleen Smith, Charlotte Prodger, Hubert Fichte, and John Waters; essays about the photographer Donna Gottschalk, the journal Heresies, and queer Chicanx zines; and a sweeping package on the anarchic discipline of Judson Dance Theater; and so much more.

Delivered in a limited edition Perspex slipcase. 10% of all proceeds go to The Center.
