Graduation marks an end and the beginning of a new period in the art student’s life.
At KASK & Conseratorium (University College Ghent and Howest) we celebrate this transition with a complete graduation festival. Our students present their endeavours in film, music, fashion, theatre, design and visual arts during three weeks in Ghent. On www.graduation2019.be you can find the complete programme.
Graduation exhibition
As part of this festival, the graduation exhibition gathers the final projects from our master and bachelor students in visual arts and design on our Bijloke Campus. This year Siegrid Demyttenaere, Matthias Prenen and Wim Waelput are mapping out a walk through the corridors and classrooms, de Zwarte Zaal and the KASKgalerie, in which they explore the dialogue between the various programmes as much as possible.
Graduation exhibition: June 27–30, noon–8pm
Festive opening: June 26, 7–11pm
Meet our students
We collect our students’ final projects in a yearly printed publication and on the Graduation website. The digital platform makes their work accessible for a wider audience. Take a look: www.graduation2019.be
