ESALA Public Lecture Series

20 Chambers Street
Edinburgh EH1 1JZ

Frictions, the ESALA Public Lecture Series 2020-21, challenges architecture, landscape architecture and related fields to address three interconnected themes: Decolonisation, Ecology, and Practice. Frictions highlights ESALA’s ethos of critical engagement with the social and ecological urgencies of our time. This programme of events contributes to ongoing debates in research, practice and pedagogy by celebrating a diversity of voices and a multiplicity of approaches.
Frictions also hosts speakers from ESALA’s Simpson Visiting Professors and Geddes Visiting Fellows.
All lectures are free and open to the public. Please register online for each lecture to receive the link to join. For more information on all lectures and to register to attend, visit: ESALA Public Lecture Series 2020-21 - Frictions.
