The Patronato de Arte Contemporáneo (PAC) has organized the second
edition of SITAC, this year devoted to the theme ART + CITY, The discussion will center on Urban Aesthetics, Public Spaces, Public Art Policies.

Urban space as a territory of change vs. resistance. Strategies for
the appropriation of the Public Space. The limits and boundaries between
Public and Private. Redefinition of responsibiliities: public patrimony and collective property/services.
