The Robert Brown Gallery is pleased to present an exhibition of the work of Felim Egan. Born in Ireland in 1952, Mr. Egan currently lives and works in Dublin, Ireland. He has been widely exhibited internationally, most recently at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in 1996, and at the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam in 1999. His last exhibition in the United States was a collaboration with Nobel Laureate Seamus Heaney at Harvard University in 1992. Mr. Egan’s work will be on display at the Robert Brown Gallery from May 5th until June 3rd.

Tonight filmmaker and scientist Warren Neidich (NYC) presents an illustrated lecture entitled “Visual Ergonomics: Formulating a Model Through Which Aesthetics and Neurobiology Are Linked,” accompanied by several of his films and videos including BRAINWASH, 1997, APPARARTUS, 1998, THE MOLYNEUX PROBLEM, 1999, BEING PRADA SEEN, 2000.
