Two places open
The OnCurating Academy Berlin invites applications for a one-year, part-time postgraduate programme in curatorial theory and practice. It provides opportunities to engage with international institutions, collaborate across disciplines, and explore contemporary curating through a flexible, hybrid format—either remotely or on-site in Berlin at Radialsystem and ZK/U—Center for Art and Urbanistics.
There are the last two spots available for prospective students. Apply via this link.
Participation in separate online workshops on contemporary curating is also possible during the Autumn term. These include Academic Writing (Sarah Spies), Curating Performance (Emily Butler), Basics of Contemporary Curating (Dorothee Richter), and On Curating NFTs (Anika Meier).
OnCurating Academy has offered workshops and symposia with the documenta fifteen, the Taipei Biennale, the Bucharest Biennale, ARKO Seoul, Fridericianum Kassel, Kunstmuseum Basel, TBA21, Tai Kwun Museum Hong Kong, KW Berlin, Humboldt University Berlin, Zurich University of the Arts, University of Reading, ICA London, and many more.
Head of the programme: Prof. Dr. Dorothee Richter.
