Golden Thread Gallery is pleased to invite you to the launch of Radical Hope, a new exhibition developed in collaboration with Arsenal Gallery in Białystok, Poland. We are excited that curator Monika Szewczyk will be in Belfast to celebrate with us, and to introduce the exhibition.
Curated from “Collection II,” one of Poland's most significant collections of contemporary art, the exhibition offers a timely reflection on uncertainty, resilience, and the transformative potential of art.

Radical Hope exhibition is part of the UK/Poland Season 2025, which runs from March to November 2025. It includes over a hundred events in the fields of film, theatre, visual arts, design, literature and music in dozens of cities in Poland, the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Its aim is to revive dialogue, deepen cooperation and strengthen artistic and social ties. The programme is co-organised by the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Polish Cultural Institute in London and the British Council.
The event is part of the UK/Poland Season 2025 organized by the British Council, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute and the Institute of Polish Culture in London, funded by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Poland.
