Residency Director at PAiR

PAiR Residency (Pāvilosta, Latvia) is looking for a passionate and experienced Residency Director to lead our international artist residency on the Baltic Sea.

PAiR is part of VV Foundation, dedicated to supporting contemporary art through residencies, exhibitions, and our annual Visitors Programme.

What you’ll do
Lead and shape the PAiR residency programme / Support artists, curators & researchers during their stay / Organise events: open studios, talks, collaborations / Build partnerships locally & internationally Manage operations, communications & funding initiatives

Who we’re looking for
Experience in arts management, curation, or residencies / Strong organisational & communication skills Knowledge of contemporary art / Comfortable working independently and on-site in Pāvilosta English required; Latvian is a plus
