Kiaf SEOUL returns to COEX from September 2–6, 2026 for its 25th anniversary edition, bringing together 175 galleries from 18 countries and territories. Organised by the Galleries Association of Korea, this year’s fair unfolds under the theme “Coexistence”, exploring the evolving relationship between humanity and technology.

Led by Creative Director Kuho Jung, Kiaf SEOUL 2026 brings together established and emerging galleries and artists from Korea and around the world. Leading Korean galleries including Gallery Hyundai, Kukje Gallery and Gana Art will be joined by international participants including Whitestone Gallery, Art of the World Gallery and Kornfeld Gallery. This year also welcomes 20 first-time exhibitors, further expanding the fair’s international scope. Presentations span modern and contemporary art, with works by artists including Marc Chagall, Keith Haring and David Hockney, alongside major Korean figures such as Lee Ufan, Park Seo-Bo and Nam June Paik.

Beyond its gallery presentations, Kiaf SEOUL presents a series of special exhibitions and artist-focused programmes. HUMAL explores human instinct, bodily perception and vitality in an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, while VIRTUAL VITAL extends this inquiry into augmented reality. The fair’s artist-support programme Kiaf HIGHLIGHTS also returns in an
expanded format, presenting ten semi-finalists through dedicated in-booth exhibitions.

The programme extends across disciplines with Kiaf Classic: Resonance of Coexistence with Seong-Jin Cho, featuring the internationally acclaimed pianist. Beyond COEX, OUTfront: Kiaf × MediaArt SEOUL extends the fair into the city through media art presentations across central Seoul.

Kiaf partners with Frieze Seoul as part of Seoul Art Week, connecting the fair with exhibitions and cultural programmes across the capital. Marking its 25th edition, Kiaf SEOUL continues to serve as a key platform for Korean and international contemporary art.
