Ground level view of two bedrooms side-by-side in the architectural model of Prentice Women's Hospital and Maternity Center of Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Designed by Bertrand Goldberg and built in 1975 with clear architectural ambition, Prentice was too inflexible to accommodate changing treatment methods, and was demolished in 2014.
