Since 2010, KIOSK has been developing an idiosyncratic program on the Bijloke Campus of KASK School of Arts in which the artist takes centre stage. Within the distinctive architectural setting of the exhibition space — the former anatomical theatre of the Clinical and Outpatient Institute — KIOSK presents the work of both emerging and established artists. The projects are developed in dialogue with the artists and are always the result of a long-term development process. The focus is on new productions, sometimes complemented by existing works.
KIOSK plays a signalling role by maintaining a strong focus on experimentation and cultural and artistic diversity. It keeps its finger on the pulse of developments in art and society. Since January 2021, KIOSK has also expanded its activities online, using its website as a platform for digital art projects.
