The Oslo Pilot project is an experimental initiative that aims to explore and redefine the role of art in public spaces. It began in 2015 as a collaboration between the Oslo Municipality and the Office for Contemporary Art Norway (OCA). The project seeks to challenge traditional notions of public art and to engage with the city of Oslo in innovative ways.
