PF25 cultural projects is a Basel-based non-profit arts and cultural organisation, co-founded by Angelika Li and Donald Mak in 2018. Dedicated to fostering mutual understanding and cultivating intercultural networks, PF25 weaves collaboration through diverse, site-specific and community-engaged cultural exchanges.

Rooted in research into the everyday, PF25’s activities take shape through exhibitions, residencies, performances, screenings, community workshops, publications, and conversations. With a particular focus on Hong Kong and Basel—and extending to other regions in Switzerland, Europe and beyond, including Berlin, London, Ishigaki, Helsinki, Zurich, Zollikon, and Freiburg—the organisation aims to expand the spectrum of imagination and explore emergent possibilities for future ways of living. Its initiatives continue to grow through an expanding network of places and partners.

Since its founding, PF25 has collaborated with a growing network of institutional partners, including Atelier Mondial (Basel/Münchenstein), Art and Culture Outreach (Hong Kong), Bored Wolves (Kraków), Chelsea Physic Garden (London), HIAP – Helsinki International Artist Programme (Helsinki), Kunsttage Basel (Basel), the Liliesleaf Trust UK and London Metropolitan University (London), Ma Umi Residencies (Ishigaki), Momentum (Berlin), and Radio X (Basel/Münchenstein).
