Bienal Arte de Paiz

With over forty years of history, Fundación Paiz para la Educación y la Cultura is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing education and culture. Committed to the development and transformation of Guatemalan society,  among many initiatives, the Paiz Foundation organizes the Bienal de Arte Paiz since 1978. 

The Biennial is a vibrant platform that champions the creation, exhibition, and dissemination of Guatemalan artistic production while engaging with global contemporary art discourses. Through its free exhibitions, educational programs, and community-oriented initiatives, the Bienal de Arte Paiz has become a catalyst for cultural exchange, critical reflection, and social development, offering accessible avenues for diverse audiences to engage with art as a tool for transformation.
