Towson University’s MFA in Studio Art offers a multidisciplinary environment where you can focus on your craft through individualized mentorship. Our rigorous program includes training for careers in galleries, museums, and college-level instruction.

Areas of Concentration

Our areas of concentration include Ceramics, Digital Art, Graphic Design, Illustration, Jewelry & Metals, Painting & Drawing, Photography, Printmaking, and Sculpture.

Expand Your Vision

In our program you will develop a knowledge of aesthetics, contemporary practice, theory, and art history through creative research and writing that expands your vision in the production of individual original artwork.
