Crawford Art Gallery is a National Cultural Institution in the heart of Cork City, Ireland dedicated to contemporary and historical Irish and international visual art.

We create ambitious programmes of exhibitions, projects, and a rich and engaging Learn and Explore programme, which provide our diverse audiences an opportunity to interact and engage with art and artists in a range of extraordinary contexts.

Home to a collection of national importance, of almost 4,000 works across 18th through 21st centuries, the Gallery is committed to fostering recognition, critical assessment, and acknowledgement of Irish and international art practices through its collecting and programming ethos.

Crawford Art Gallery offers a vibrant and dynamic programme of commissioning artists and collaborates with partnering institutions to create unique temporary exhibitions that probe the future, contemplate the present, and reveal the past to create engaging conversations across the timelines in an attempt to reflect the narratives and culture of our time.
