The Night I Got Stuck in Your Garden

In a forest on the outskirts of an urban center, a character dressed in a baroque costume sits on the ground, leaning against a tree. His short, labored breath and restless movements suggest unease, or even physical pain. Suddenly, a previously disconnected cell phone begins to receive a stream of messages. This creates an absurd contrast: while people try to reach the character, a conflict is unfolding around him. The mix of environmental sounds and incoming notifications evokes a dystopian atmosphere, hinting that he may be trapped in a parallel universe while testing a new virtual reality application.

This screening is part of Nightfalling the first chapter of the film program TUTTAUNANOTTE, curated by Francesco Urbano Ragazzi, and unfolding in four chapters between November 1, 2025 and December 26, 2025, with the films of each chapter streaming for two weeks.
