Omi International Arts Center presents the Francis J. Greenburger Awards 2008 on Monday, November 17th, 2008 from 6 – 8 PM at the New Museum of Contemporary Art. The public is invited to the Award reception and ceremony. The Francis J. Greenburger Awards for 2008, which honor artists who have made important contributions to the fields of contemporary art, but for one reason or another have not been fully recognized by the world at large, have been announced.
