We happily invite you to Open Sandberg 2024, our yearly open day, which will take place on Thursday, February 1, 2024, between 1–7pm (CEST), both in person at our campus at Fred. Roeskestraat 98, Amsterdam, and online through our dedicated Open Sandberg website. Visitors are welcome to visit the studios of the departments—main departments Critical Studies, Design, Dirty Art Department, Fine Arts, and Studio for Immediate Spaces, and current temporary programs Artificial Times and Planetary Poetics, F for Fact, and Re:master Opera—and learn about our new incoming temporary program, Lumbung Practice.
There will be several guided tours throughout the day and also presentations from the Theory Stairs with performances and information about the different courses and things happening in the school. For those looking in online: these presentations will be livestreamed and there will be scheduled Zoom Q&A sessions with each department and others in the institution. The full schedule will be shared in late January on our Open Sandberg website.
