The 30th Artecinema Festival will be inaugurated on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at the San Carlo Theatre in Naples and will continue from October 10 to 12 at the Augusteo Theatre.
Every year, Artecinema features a selection of newly produced documentaries that delve into the biographies and poetics of major artists, architects, and photographers on the international scene.
Four days of film screenings devoted to contemporary art, photography, architecture will delve into aspects of the often little-known creative process. Through the documentaries, viewers are able to enter into the artists’ studios, and observe and better appreciate the creative process of the works, the materials used, and the themes addressed.
Films from around the world will be presented, many of them world, European or Italian premieres, divided into three sections: Art and Environs, Architecture and Design, and Photography.
