Book sale and open house with drinks and music by Bar Laika
August 29, 12–5pm
Brooklyn NY 11205

Books and publications arrive at e-flux every week from galleries, museums, publishers, artists, writers, and architects around the world. Over the years, the duplicate copies have accumulated in boxes. For one afternoon, we’re opening them all.
Come browse tables filled with hundreds of exhibition catalogues, artists’ books, periodicals, and other printed matter: an international and somewhat unpredictable selection, with plenty that is difficult to find elsewhere.
We’ll also be bringing out e-flux publications past and present, from books by Mary Walling Blackburn and Władysław Strzemiński to The Internet Does Not Exist, What Is Contemporary Art?, and individual and bundled issues of e-flux Index.
Prices start at 5 USD, with most books under 20 USD. New boxes will be opened throughout the afternoon, with music and drinks by Bar Laika from 2pm.
Everything is first come, first served and available in person only.
Bring a bag, stay for a drink, and leave with a stack.
