School of Visual Arts (SVA) presents the MFA Computer Art Open Studios 2011, bringing together multidisciplinary projects from our graduating students. The event will be open to the public on April 22 and April 23 at the MFA Computer Art Studio, 132 West 21st Street, between 6th and 7th Aves., 7th floor, New York City.

The creative work encompasses a wide range of media including video, animation, audio, interactive installations and physical computing. “As digital art evolves, the line between it and contemporary art is disappearing. We see it simply as art, using digital techniques to enable creativity,” states department chair Bruce Wands.
