Crossroads Cincinnati 2006 will gather an international roster of artists, art professionals, and art lovers in the culturally rich city of Cincinnati for four days of dialogue, networking and opportunities. Crossroads Cincinnati 2006 sets our focus on contemporary issues in sculpture on the heels of Sculpture magazine’s 25th Anniversary and the International Sculpture Center’s 45th Anniversary.

• Keynote Addresses from Chakaia Booker and Jackie Winsor

• Stimulating Panel Discussions – see website for complete event listing

• Mentoring Sessions: panelists will meet with smaller groups to discuss issues examined in panel discussions

• ARTSlam: artists present their work in a forum of curators and other artists for discussion and guidance

• Vendors’ Square: businesses showcase products and services to the arts community

• Video Lounge: video showcase of work on sculptors and/or sculptural themes

Edward Mayer, artist and faculty member of the State University of New York-Albany, will be presented with the ISC Educator of the Year Award at the conference.

REGISTRATION RATES:

General: $350 (Includes ISC annual membership and all panel discussions)

Members: $250 (Includes all panel discussions; membership MUST be current through June 30, 2006)

Students (with school identification): $130 (includes one year student level membership to ISC, panel discussions; if you are a current member, ISC will extend your membership an additional year)
