The INK Miami Art Fair will open on Wednesday, November 30 with ¡Desayuno Cubano!, a special morning preview of the Fair beginning at 10 am. The Fair runs through Sunday, December 4 and will take place at the Suites of Dorchester, just two blocks from the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Since its inception in 2006, the Fair has established a following among museum curators and committed collectors of works on paper. The Fair is designed around a lush open-air courtyard enabling participating dealers to exhibit in a salon-like fashion. With a roster of returning specialist dealers and the addition of new exhibitors, the Fair offers blue-chip works by internationally acclaimed artists.

Exhibitors are selected by the IFPDA’s Contemporary Committee and reflect the vitality of the Association’s contemporary membership. These leading dealers and print publishers will showcase 20th century masterworks as well as hot-off-the-press editions by leading contemporary artists. New editions include: JULIE MEHRETU at Arion Press; TRENTON DOYLE HANCOCK, RYAN PARKER and DAVID SHAPIRO at Dolan Maxwell; BRIAN O’DOHERTY and DOROTHY CROSS at Stoney Road Press, one of Ireland’s most innovative contemporary print publishers; MIMMO PALADINO, RACHEL WHITEREAD, and ED RUSCHA at Mixografia; PETER BLAKE and DAMIEN HIRST at Paul Stolper; ROBERT KIPNISS and American self-published artists/printmakers at The Old Print Shop;  JOSE LERMA, JUDY PFAFF and ROBERT COTTINGHAM at Tandem Press; CARLOS GARAICOA, ALEX KATZ and CHRISTIAN MARCLAY at Graphicstudio; and DANIEL KELLY and HIROSHI YOSHIDA at Verne Collection. 20th century master prints by JAMES ROSENQUIST and ROBERT RAUSCHENBERG as well as new editions by ANN HAMILTON at Carl Solway Gallery; ANDY WARHOL, YOSHITOMO NARA, and MARTIN EDER at Dranoff Fine Art; MANOLO VALDES, FRANCIS BACON, and PAULA REGO at Marlborough Graphics; and WOLF KHAN monotypes, as well as works by PICASSO, MATISSE and BRAQUE at Neptune Fine Art.

ARTIST TALKS: Thursday, December 1 at 11 am and 2 pm Jane Simon Curator, Contemporary Art Museum, Institute for Research in Art and Gregg Perkins, Assistant Professor, University of Tampa will lead informal conversations with two leading contemporary artists who are using printmaking to extend their artistic oeuvre.
