Oslo Pilot is proud to announce the Oslo Pilot Magazine and members of its Editorial Board, set to launch later this year.

The Oslo Pilot Magazine will promote and disseminate information, ideas and knowledge generated by the research-based initiative set up to explore and define the characteristics of a future periodic international art-in-public-space event in the city of Oslo. The project aims to investigate the role of art in public space through collaborations with different professionals in the art field and other disciplines, focusing on four lines of research, following its four key concepts: Reactivation, Periodicity, Public, Disappearance.

The magazine will act as a public space for reflection and debate and as a medium for research and archiving, creating opportunities for re-reading (in English and Norwegian) previously published essays, articles and art works. At the same time, it will provide a platform for new work and research outcomes arising from the four areas of research.

The Oslo Pilot Magazine editorial committee will be led by the Oslo Pilot curators, and supported by an advisory board divided into four teams (one for each concept) of artists, curators, intellectuals and thought-leaders:

Editors: Eva González-Sancho (Spain) and Per Gunnar Eeg-Tverbakk (Norway), Oslo Pilot curators.
