Amsterdam Art Weekend during RijksakademieOPEN
On Friday 30 November, Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 December 2012, Amsterdam Art Weekend will give you the opportunity to explore Amsterdam’s lively contemporary art scene. The rich program of events varies from special exhibitions—hosted by 27 leading galleries in their own venues—to presentations in well-known international art institutes. The Amsterdam Art Weekend is organized by Capital A Foundation with the aim to highlight Amsterdam’s role as a springboard for talented young and international artists, to promote the city as a national and international hub of creative exchange, and to attract widespread interest for contemporary art.
