Highly individualised tuition and research strength: As Switzerland’s first transdisciplinary university of the arts, the Bern University of the Arts (HKB) offers a diverse study programme in the divisions of Music, Design and Fine Arts, Conservation and Restoration, Theatre and Literature.

On January 13, the following Master’s degree programmes will be presented online in live events:

Master of Arts in Contemporary Arts Practice
The MA in Contemporary Arts Practice is an interdisciplinary programme covering the areas of Fine Arts, Sound Arts, Literary Writing and Literary Translation and Performance Art.
Open house live event: 5:30pm (CET), registration required

Master of Arts in Design
The MA in Design is an individualised, project-based programme. As a full- or part-time student, you will choose between specialisations in Entrepreneurship or Research.
Open house live event: 4:30pm (CET), registration required

Master of Arts in Art Education
This programme is aimed at aspiring educators in art and design and qualifies you for work in a range of institutional settings.
Open house live event: 2:30pm (CET), registration required

Master of Arts in Conservation Restoration
The central objective of this MA programme is to train you to engage in interdisciplinary exchange, in order to make appropriate recommendations for the conservation of cultural artefacts. You will also become practised in implementing these recommendations.
Open house live event: 11am / 3pm (CET), no registration necessary
